Together with the client and their external advisor, we came up with the ideal concept for this situation. We determined the package of requirements in joint consultation and permits were applied for.
The main office of a German bank that is located in the heart of Frankfurt am Main. NIEBO®’s services were required when the company’s canteen kitchen was to be renovated. We placed a temporary production kitchen, dishwash unit and storage facilities.
| We understand it is important for the client that the employees were able to enjoy their lunches as comfortably as possible. The workflow of the restaurant staff could also not be compromised. In order to be able to realise this, the temporary kitchen units had to connect with the existing company restaurant. The major challenge in this respect was the height as the company restaurant is located on the first floor.

We developed a steel construction with a height of 5 meters in cooperation with several partners. By placing the container units on this steel construction, the temporary company kitchen eventually connected seamlessly with the restaurant in the existing building. In the meantime, the employees of the bank drove their cars underneath the construction, safely into the garage.

And that’s exactly what we got.
After we placed these units in the weekend – it is way too busy in the centre of the city for such operation during workdays – we delivered this project turn-key. The equipment and technique were also supplied by NIEBO®. This temporary kitchen, just like all of our other projects, also complied with all of the client’s requirements and demands; from the arrangement of the equipment to fire safety, and from climate control to storage possibilities.
